This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in improving employee performance. Based on the literature review and previous research results, work motivation has been proven to have a positive and significant correlation with employee performance. High work motivation can increase employee enthusiasm, dedication, job satisfaction, productivity, and commitment to organizational goals. Several factors that influence work motivation include rewards, work environment, and opportunities for self-development. The implication of this study is the importance for organizations to implement effective motivational strategies to improve employee performance and achieve overall organizational goals
