PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN DAN LOYALITAS KERJA PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT WINGSATI

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline and work loyalty on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Wingsati. Employee performance is a crucial factor that determines the success of a company, and it is influenced by various factors such as discipline and work loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where the entire population of 40 employees was taken as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that both discipline and work loyalty have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. Therefore, high discipline and work loyalty can improve productivity and the quality of work outcomes in the company. This study is expected to contribute to managerial decision-making in developing strategies to enhance employee performance through the reinforcement of discipline and loyalty.
