PENGARUH KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN KARAKTERISTIK NASABAH TERHADAP KOLEKTIBILITAS KREDIT BERMASALAH PADA PT BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT WINGSATI

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee performance and customer characteristics on the collectibility of non-performing loans (NPL) at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Wingsati. The primary issue faced by PT BPR Wingsati is the significant increase in the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) rate over the last three years, reaching 23.75% by the end of December 2023. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study includes all employees and customers of PT BPR Wingsati, with a sample size of 40 employees and 40 customers. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both employee performance and customer characteristics have a significant influence on the collectibility of non-performing loans, both partially and simultaneously. Employee performance plays a crucial role in managing credit risk, while customer characteristics influence their ability to meet credit obligations.
