Archive Policy

Preservation of Content

The journal implements an archiving policy to ensure the long-term preservation of its scholarly content. All articles published in the journal are archived and stored in the following ways:

1. Digital Archives:

- The journal maintains a digital backup of all published content. Articles are stored on secure servers and accessible through the journal's official website.

- Regular backup procedures are in place to safeguard data against loss or corruption.

2. Institutional Repositories:

- Authors are encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in their institutional repositories, ensuring wider access and preservation.

3. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS:

- The journal participates in both LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) programs to create permanent archives. This ensures that the journal's content is preserved even in the event of the journal securing its

publication.

4. National Library Archives:

   - The journal cooperates with national library archiving systems to ensure that all issues are stored in a legally recognized repository.

5. Portico:

- The journal is preserved through Portico's digital preservation services, which provide a permanent archive for scholarly journals.

Access to Archived Content

- The archived content will remain accessible to all readers indefinitely and will be made available in the event of the journal's discontinuation. Access will be provided through institutional repositories, digital archives, or dedicated archiving services.
