Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Supervisor Untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Di SD Negeri Wonosaren

School principals play an important role not only as administrative leaders, but also as supervisors who have a big responsibility in improving teacher professionalism. Effective supervision by the school principal can help teachers develop their competencies, improve the quality of learning, and increase student achievement at SD Negeri Wonosaren. This research aims to explore the role of school principals in increasing teacher professionalism through educational supervision. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach that collects data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research at SD Negeri Wonosaren show that the principal has four main roles as a supervisor, namely as a school vision developer, teacher coach and developer, performance evaluator, and effective communicator. School principals who are able to create a conducive learning environment, provide appropriate guidance, and carry out objective evaluations, can improve teacher performance and contribute to achieving educational goals in schools
