PENGARUH SIKAP PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI SDN 1 GONILAN

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' professional attitudes on students' learning motivation at SDN 1 Gonilan. The analysis results show that teachers' professional attitudes are categorized as high, with an average score of 85.60, while students' learning motivation is also categorized as high, with an average score of 87.40. Regression analysis indicates that each unit increase in teachers' professional attitudes will increase students' learning motivation by 0.754 units. These findings emphasize the importance of teachers' professional attitudes in creating a positive learning environment and motivating students to learn more diligently. This research provides insights into how teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies can significantly affect students' learning motivation.
