PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN PELAJAR DALAM MEMBANGUN BUDAYAORGANISASI YANG POSITIF UNTUK MASA DEPAN YANG AKTIF

This research aims to analyze the role of student leadership in building a positive organizational culture in the educational environment. The main focus of this research is how student leadership can create an inclusive, collaborative and respectful learning climate, as well as build the values of integrity, honesty and responsibility among organizational members. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach involving in-depth interviews and observations of student leaders in several student organizations. The research results show that values-based leadership has a significant impact on the formation of a healthy organizational culture, where the values of integrity and responsibility are upheld. In addition, close collaboration between members and good communication skills have proven to be key factors in strengthening a productive organizational climate. Student leaders also play an important role in resolving conflicts that arise, ensuring that any differences of opinion can be resolved constructively. This research emphasizes the importance of the role of student leadership in creating an organizational culture that not only supports the learning process, but also equips members with social skills that are useful for life outside the organization.
