Abstract

Leadership is a vital skill that influences the success of individuals and groups in achieving common goals. In the educational environment, especially in Islamic boarding schools such as Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, the development of modern leadership for students is often neglected. This Islamic boarding school focuses more on teaching religious values, while leadership aspects that are adaptive to the challenges of the modern world have not been a priority. As a result, many students, particularly grade 12s, do not have adequate opportunities to hone the practical leadership skills they need to face challenges outside formal education. This community service activity with the theme "Brilliant Leadership Creates Brilliant Change" aims to provide leadership training to grade 12 students at the Islamic boarding school. This program is designed to integrate Islamic leadership principles with modern leadership concepts that are more adaptive and participative. This training uses interactive methods, such as leadership simulations and group discussions, which aim to increase students' self-confidence, collaboration skills, and abilities in decision making and problem solving. The expected result of this program is the formation of a more comprehensive understanding of leadership among students. In addition, students are expected to be able to apply these skills in everyday life, both in the Islamic boarding school environment and in the future after graduating. This program is also expected to contribute to students' personal development as leaders who are competitive, have morals, and are ready to face an increasingly complex world.
