SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: PENGARUH DIGITAL COMPETENCE DAN ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY TERHADAP KINERJA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI ERA TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence and organizational agility on human resource (HR) performance in the digital transformation era through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The rapid digital transformation demands that organizations and human resources possess robust technological capabilities as well as organizational agility in responding to change. This study examines 10 national and international journals published between 2020 and 2024 that are relevant to the variables of digital competence, organizational agility, and human resource performance. The study results show that digital competence consistently has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both through improving digital literacy, technical skills, and strengthening data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, organizational agility was found to be a critical factor in driving successful organizational adaptation to environmental changes, increasing work effectiveness, innovation, and supporting the success of digital transformation. The integration of these two variables demonstrates that digital competence not only directly impacts HR performance but also indirectly through increased agility at both the individual and organizational levels. Thus, this study confirms that the combination of digital competence and organizational agility are two complementary strategic pillars for achieving superior HR performance in the era of digital transformation, while also providing important recommendations for HR development and managerial strategy in modern organizations
