PENERAPAN MEDIA POSTER DALAM PSIKOEDUKASI MANAJEMEN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA ANGGOTA KEPOLISIAN DITRESKRIMUMDAERAH SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to help individuals adhere to rules, meet deadlines, and perform their duties in accordance with the standards set by the organization. Good work discipline helps organizations achieve their goals in a more structured and efficient manner. This program uses a psychoeducational approach without training, implemented through poster media. The program aims to enhance the understanding of work discipline management among members of the Ditreskrimum Police of South Sulawesi. The population in this study consisted of 50 police officers from Ditreskrimum Polda Sulsel who participated in the psychoeducational program through poster media on December 16, 2024. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test using SPSS 26, a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05) was obtained, indicating a significant difference in the understanding of work discipline management among police officers before and after the presentation of the material. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the related literature and highlight the importance of providing structured interventions to improve work behavior aspects, including discipline.
