ULUMUL HADITS (ASPEK ONTOLOGI, EPISTIMOLOGI, DAN AKSIOLOGI)

Abstract

The study of Ulumul Hadits holds a crucial position in Islamic sciences, considering that hadits is one of the primary sources of Islamic teachings. This article aims to Explore the ontological and axiological, aspects of ulumul Hadits, Namely the essence of hadits as a discipline and its functions ans benefits in life. Using a descriptive qualitative and approach with literature analysis, this research delves into the fundamental concepts of hadts, sanad (Chain of transmission), and matan (Content), as well as their relevance to the lives of Muslims. The study finds that ontologically, Ulumul Hadits  is based on a robust epistemological foundation to ensure the Authenticity and Validaty of narrations. Meanwhile, from an axiological perspective, ulumul hadits plays a significant role in shaping ethics, law, and spirituality wthin the muslim community. Thus a comprehensive understanding of Ulumul Hadits not only provides academic insights but olso fosters awarenes of its transformative values in everyday life.
