KRITIK EMPIRISME DALAM KERANGKA MATERIALISME DIALEKTIKA: KONTRIBUSI MARXISME TERHADAP EPISTEMOLOGI MODERN

This article discusses the critique of empiricism within the framework of dialectical materialism, reviewed through the perspective of Marxism. The main focus is on how modern epistemology is influenced by the ideas of Karl Marx and Frederick Engels on dialectics and materialism. Using qualitative methods based on literature review, this study reveals that although empiricism provides the foundation for modern science, this approach often ignores the dimensions of social and material contradictions that are essential in understanding the development of knowledge. Marxism offers a significant contribution by emphasizing the role of material contradictions and class struggle as the main drivers of the evolution of knowledge.
