METODOLOGI FIQH AL- HADIS: METODE SYARH, TEKNIK INTERPRETASI DAN PENDEKATAN : SEBUAH PENGANTAR

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the methods and approaches in the study of hadith, focusing on its validity and the socio-cultural context behind it. Hadith, as a source of Islamic law, is mostly narrated in ahad, which requires in-depth study to ensure its validity. In this study, a linguistic approach is used to explain hadith through linguistic rules, by examining the language structure and meaning of words spoken by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study also collects hadiths that have a certain theme and examines them comprehensively with an auxiliary science approach, including linguistics, sociology, and anthropology. The formulation of the problem raised in this study includes an understanding of the syarh method in fiqh al-hadith, as well as how a socio-historical approach can provide a complete picture of the meaning of hadith. By using a sociological approach, this study seeks to reveal the social conditions of society that influence the meaning of hadith, so that the meaning of hadith can be understood more clearly and avoid deviant interpretations. Through this research, it is expected to provide significant contributions to the study of hadith and a deeper understanding of the context and methods used in the analysis of hadith.
