The "Explore Pangandaran" website aims to promote tourism in Pangandaran but faces significant challenges related to User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). This study focuses on redesigning the website using the Design Thinking methodology, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Key issues, such as non-intuitive navigation, incomplete information, and complex booking processes, were identified and analyzed. Solutions included creating a more intuitive navigation system, adding advanced search filter features, and simplifying the booking process. The developed prototypes were tested with users to evaluate their effectiveness. The results demonstrated notable improvements in user experience and efficiency in accessing information. This research contributes to advancing user-centered interface designs within the tourism sector.
