BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN TUBERCULOSIS PARU DI RSUD KAJEN KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease that primarily attacks the lungs and is caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Transmission occurs through droplets of saliva containing the bacteria when someone coughs. TB can affect the lower respiratory tract and spread through the air (droplet nuclei) when someone coughs or sneezes. This study aims to describe nursing care related to ineffective airway clearance in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at Kajen Regional Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. This case study uses a descriptive methodology that utilizes a process of care approach and centers on case descriptions. The research focused on the problem of Ineffective Airway Clearance in Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. Two pulmonary tuberculosis patients who experienced this problem were used as research subjects or respondents. Samples were taken using incidental sampling techniques. After carrying out the procedure for 3 x 24 hours, it is hoped that airway clearance will increase with the result criteria: Increased effective cough, decreased sputum production, decreased dyspnea, improved respiratory frequency, improved breathing pattern.After nursing actions were carried out for 3 x 24 hours, the problem of airway clearance in both patients was successfully resolved.
