Pentingnya Aktualisasi Pendidikan Seumur Hidup Bagi Generasi Milenial

Lifelong education (LLE) plays an important role in equipping the millennial generation with relevant skills to face the challenges of globalization and technological advancement. Technology plays a key role in supporting LLE, both as a source of information, a medium for exploring knowledge, and a means of communication between teachers and students. In addition, LLE has a significant impact on career development, broader career opportunities, and the development of social and citizenship skills. However, challenges such as technology adaptation and information overload need to be overcome so that LLE can be implemented optimally. Thus, lifelong education becomes an effective tool to improve the quality of life, social awareness, and active citizenship among the millennial generation.
