PT. TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia, located in the MM2100 area, is a company engaged in the automotive industry, which produces a compressor with clutch. This company is very concerned about the quality of the products it produces, by meeting predetermined quality standards and specifications. However, it was found that there were several factors that caused the quality of the epoxy stator product to not meet the standards. Among the factors caused by Personnel, method, machine, work results and environment. Therefore, improvements are needed to reduce the reject Voltage Resistance, Resistance, and Fuse Over by using the New Seven Tools method to find the root causes of problems that often occur. So, the corrective action that needs to be taken to reduce the reject ratio of Epoxy Stator Products is by replacing a new Share Blade, and making a schedule for changing the Share Blade using the Reability Centered Maintenance method so as to minimize dull Share Blades that are still frequently used.
