PENERAPAN ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT (ERM) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an integrated approach to identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring various risks that have the potential to affect the achievement of company goals. The implementation of ERM is becoming increasingly important in a dynamic and uncertain business environment. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of ERM can contribute to improving company performance, both in terms of financial and operational aspects. The methodology used is a literature study and analysis of relevant literature related to the implementation of ERM in various industrial sectors. The results of the study indicate that companies that implement ERM effectively tend to have better capabilities in dealing with risks, increasing operational efficiency, and creating long-term value for stakeholders. Thus, ERM is not only a risk mitigation tool, but also a managerial strategy to improve the competitiveness and overall performance of the company
