Abstract

The Teacher Code of Ethics is the main foundation in establishing teacher professionalism in the learning process. As a code of conduct, this code of ethics provides a reference for teachers to carry out their duties with full responsibility, integrity and respect for students' rights. Implementation of this code of ethics is very important to create a safe, fair and quality educational environment, which can support student development and achievement. By following the principles in the code of ethics, teachers not only increase their professionalism, but also play a role in creating a better and more dignified education system.
