PENERAPAN ETIKA ADMINISTRASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA KANTOR CAMAT PADANG UTARA KOTA PADANG

This study discusses public service ethics at the Padang Utara Koya Padang District Office. The purpose of the study was to see how administrative ethics are applied in public services. The research informants were the Head of Public Order, Public Order, and Disaster Management, Personnel Management, the general public and the community receiving services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation. The indicators for assessing employee ethics used include Equality, Justice, Loyalty, and Responsibility provided by public service providers. The results of the study indicate that the application of service ethics has been carried out well by sub-district officials as a form of responsibility for services provided in accordance with service requirements. Therefore, ethics must be a moral standard in public services to improve polite and professional services
