PENGARUH KEMISKINAN, PENDAPATAN PER KAPITA DAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP ANGKA PARTISIPASI SEKOLAH DI PROVINSI PAPUA

Education plays an important role in the progress of a nation or region, and functions as a means to implement the constitutional mandate and shape the character of the nation. This study aims to determine the effect of poverty, per capita income, and health on school participation rates in Papua Province. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data obtained from the publication of the Papua Province Central Statistics Agency in the form of time series data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression processed through Eviews 12. The results of this study. The poverty variable has a negative and significant effect on school participation rates in Papua Province, while the per capita income variable has a positive and significant effect on school participation rates in Papua Province and the health variable has a positive and significant effect on school participation rates in Papua Province.
